Last year when I submitted my paper, I carefully evaluated the journal's impact factor, and it has always been classified as a Q2 journal by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This year, the CAS suddenly classified it as a Q3 journal. Can it still be changed back?

This journal is really fast. Submitted on August 4th and already under review on the 5th! Revised submission on the 19th! Such speed! There are two reviewers, one of whom should be an editor. Because it's still summer vacation and I couldn't add data, I applied for an extension for revisions (from 20 days to 30 days). Submitted revisions on September 14th and accepted on October 1st. If it wasn't for my own reasons and the delay caused by summer vacation, it could have been another ten days faster. In other words, from submission to acceptance, it can be done in just 1 and a half months
